Made in Denver, Colorado - This pasta made with the highest quality 100% semolina flour. The term pappardelle is derived from the Italian verb "pappare" or to gobble up and is honored at festivals all over Italy. Italians serve this wide noodle with wild boar. We think you may like it better with meatballs and marinara sauce.

DIRECTIONS: Place pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water and cook 6 to 8 minutes*: less time for "al dente" or more time for a softer noodle. Drain pasta in a colander, place back into hot pot, toss in your favorite ingredients and serve immediately.
