Ground Devil’s Backbone: One pinch of this blend will spice up any dish. The heat of Habaneros and other chilies play off toasted savory spices to make an irresistible complement to grilled meats, fried eggs and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients: Salt, Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Paprika, Chipotle, Crushed Red Pepper, Habanero
Roasted Garlic Powder: When garlic is roasted, the high temperature mellows the pungent odor and sharp taste. What is left is a smooth, almost sweet garlic flavor. This fine powder imparts the delicious flavor of roasted garlic to any dish. Use as you would regular garlic powder.
Fajita Spice: Sprinkle on meats or in sauces. To use as a marinade, mix with water and a little oil, add meat and marinate. To make a sauce, mix water, oil, and cornstarch to thicken. A squeeze of fresh lime juice brings all of the flavors alive.
